When we watch TV news and heard repeatedly that the solution to the economic crisis is to increase productivity and competitiveness, we can ask what idea man behind all this and, especially, how it has been sustained. Competitiveness implies that there is always a winner and a loser therefore provides a situation in which it is impossible for the welfare of the whole society. Our education prepares students to accept this reality, and lays the foundation for normal to see how the struggle to achieve a good job. This idea permeates the entire education system, especially high school.
All this, which is often overlooked, is the germ that ends up attacking and undermining the self esteem of our students and also their teachers. For a person to discover the potential in him, based on a true education, we need to feel your own power, you have absolute trust in her. In a simplistic view of the educational problem is said that our teenagers are a poorly educated, who have lost respect for their parents and teachers, who only think of them. The prefix "holo" comes from Greek and means complete, whole, holistic vision is aimed at overcoming the enormous divisions we have made in our knowledge, is thus an integrative way, it does not intend to let anything or anyone out.

We're more than the idea that we have received of ourselves as if we were seeing as worms when we actually have the potential to be butterflies. The new Education has to discover the wings of our gifts, our dreams, we are educated enough to survive, to best adapt to existing society. Today's children must be able to create a better world, and this can only learn to trust them and their creative power.
