"We create reality with our thoughts" - Interview with Joe Dispenza- published in "La Vanguardia Magazine (12/09/2010)
Text Elisabet Bonshoms
Joe Dispenza experienced in himself the possibilities of the mind to influence physical, after a serious accident at age 24. For decades it has been studying what is known as neuroplasticity, or brain's ability to modify the circuits connecting neurons. Something that lets you change what you do not like about yourself and become better persons.
Joe Dispenza studied biochemistry at the University of New Brunswick (New Jersey) and a Ph.D. in the Life Chiropractic University in Atlanta (Georgia). Full conference facilities in the United States and Europe easily explained how to change. How thoughts cause chemical reactions that directly affect health and create its own reality. Takes decades studying the neuroplasticity, the ability of the brain to adapt to change and modify the circuits connecting all neurons .
He is a living example of their own change. At 24 he suffered a serious accident which affected his thoracic vertebrae. He predicted that it would be a lifetime in a wheelchair. But he decided not to have surgery and experiment, however, the ability to regenerate his own body. Co-author of the film record Lockers And do you know , which deals with the power to choose, in June offered a workshop at the University of Barcelona based on his book " Develop your brain .
anyone argues with his partner and ends with: "I'm like, I can not change." What would you say?
That is not true. Are a series of chemical reactions in the body into believing that you can not change, but the scientific evidence says the opposite. Forget the idea that the brain is static, rigid and unchanging. Yes, we can change.
How?
changed his mind. The switch that triggers the change is the will, unleash a new information. Change is to think more broadly, beyond your own environment. You connect to a dream, an idea that already exists in the quantum field of possibilities. You believe in that future if you still can not perceive through the senses.
Why Why is it so difficult to change?
Because emotional reactions are highly addictive. You can tell yourself that you dislike your job or your relationship, you do not like anything I do and have in your life. But that is an emotion that the mind has stored to reaffirm their identity. These chemical reactions alter our perception of reality and prevent the entry of any other information in our brain. To change that emotion must be broken.
But it is not easy to change the thoughts.
The first thing to do is watch and relate what you get in life. So one begins to see reflected in their daily lives has created effects for each of your thoughts.
Why does fear change?
Because that means moving from a comfortable and predictable situation to another unknown. Most people dream of new things, but not take action, they remain on an intellectual level. How can we make these projects if we cling to the familiar and live with this old personality? To experience something new we have to take risks, to leave the territory of the predictable and into the realm of uncertainty.
What should be changed to create a new life?
must change not only what we think and do but also how it feels. One can not expect to pass something different in your life if you have the same thoughts, do the same things and embraces the same emotions every day. If we can change the interpretation of our reality, our brains work with new sequences and patterns. And that is what changes the mind because the mind is the brain in action.
"Neuroscience can show that thoughts create the path?
neuroscientist model says we can change at any time in our lives. Change our brain with every new thought, with each new experience, with every dream we pursue. The main ingredient is information, knowledge. Each time we learn something new we add a new connection in our brain.
How can we teach children not to be final people to live in the change?
The first is to teach emotional intelligence, teaching them to control your emotions and say that emotions are what we are. Secondly we should not teach anything that we are not able to do. Children look More on what we do than in what we say because they have more active type of neurons called mirror neurons, they copy what we do. If you want to agree with the change, show them how versatile you are, and so will be independent. Thirdly, we should not try to reason with their children during an emotional reaction because you are going to be left alone. Must be allowed the freedom to have that reaction and let them know they are being watched. After a while they should talk about what one wants to change itself and create the environment so they can begin to see who they are, without judging. And ask them what they would do differently if they lived the same experience again. That form begins to change his mind and his body far beyond the present experience. And it gives them confidence to begin to open their own potential.
"Every moment we live what you've created your thoughts?
Yes Definitely. We are the creators of our realities. The problem is that most of the time are our unconscious thoughts that create that reality. These are programs that run just below our consciousness and stored behavior, thoughts and emotional reactions. These are what create that chemistry that we always reacted the same way.
But nobody wants to live a disease or an accident, for example.
One does not create such accident or illness that consciously, but unconsciously may have been thinking about how terrible life is, how much they are suffering, how sad you feel, how much pain you have inside ... has created in your subconscious a strengthening of the emotions of pain and suffering, and that is reflected outside in his life in an accident or illness. There's something important: we should never blame ourselves for our creations, it's all learning.
The key is to change one's emotional state ... Emotions are
experiences that the body stores. If a person is living with the same emotions every day, is that nothing new is happening. The body believed to be in the same experience throughout the day. The redundancy of this course trains the body to be in the past instead of at the present time, and the person, their thoughts, consistently returns to the past because his emotion is connected to the past. When a person wants to change you try to think of a future, but the emotions will return to the past. Therefore it is very important to change our emotional state.
"diseases, crises, losses must be seen as a springboard for change?
These traumas, such crises are indeed a catalyst for change. A large majority of people requires a state of suffering to decide to change. But we can also change from a state of wellness and joy through the process of dreaming a new life. It is true that our destiny is written in the genes.
What is the biggest factor cadenante unplug the disease?
Between 75% and 90% of westerners go to the doctor due to emotional stress. Emotions that lurk behind stress and having to do with anger, frustration, hatred, trial, pain, suffering, guilt, despair, fear, anxiety, powerlessness, insecurity ... If you are facing a challenge, your body creates a lot of chemical reactions to mobilize this energy. Essentially, thoughts and emotions can make us sick, but also make us sick can heal us.
Humans know they want change, but most often have no evidence of what they want to be or do.
is true. When you do not know what you want to be or do, you must first decide who not want to become, how they do not want to ever think again, why not want to feel and how not to want to act. You have to start creating and reinvent yourself, break the habit that I relearn old. Positive thinking is not enough, you have to go within yourself and begin to deconstruct.
You had a very serious accident in his youth, and the doctors said would never walk. Why did he create that accident and how they overcome them?
My 24 years lived a life of success and well that I thought was complete. The accident was probably one of the greatest blessings my life because it led me to question my values \u200b\u200band start thinking about my priorities. When you break and you have six dorsal vertebrae in the spinal bone fragments and four doctors say you'll never walk again, do not return to live a normal life. I came to understand the universal principles that seemed pure philosophical theory. Advised me to operate, but decided against it and experiment, however, he felt, be consistent with my thinking. I thought the power that made the body heals the body, base of chiropractic philosophy. There is an intelligence in every human being that gives us life, and connected with the intelligence at all times, without doing anything to devote to my healing. I could not imagine my life with irons on the back and living on drugs. I wanted to give that intelligence is a very specific plan and that she would do the best for me. The atoms are nothing to 99.999 percent, nothing material, but they are all in power. That intelligence organizes everything. When I started to notice changes in my body, physically, I paid close attention to what he was doing with my body and my mind and I repeated and repeated until the repetition of this cycle began to heal my body.
"Repetition is the foundation for building any higher reality? The
greatness is to believe in the future that exists beyond our senses and keep it alive in our minds until the event actually happens. Do not believe things because we do not believe that we can do it! People do not understand that thoughts have large effects on their lives. They may have some thoughts connected to a heightened state of emotion, but only for 15 minutes a day! And they wonder, "How the change has not happened yet?". It's because the other 23 hours and 45 minutes, your mind is wandering everywhere are angry, negative, judging. To act on the reality we have to reach higher states of consciousness and let nutritional emotions such as gratitude, joy, appreciation of things. The difficulty is how to get to that point, because the analytical mind will say, "Why do I give thanks or be happy if it happened to me yet?". That's the old model of thinking. Many people secretly believe in their own power, but never make a hole to really know what they want.
Got a lot to do meditation in this process?
Meditation is the first step for change. It is a technique taught to observe the thoughts and quiet the mind. Takes you to know where and you change yourself, because it changes the relationship between mind and body. In that state of being where there is only consciousness we are producing an electromagnetic field that affects the change. After thinking it is impossible to have a bad mood.
What effect does the mental silence in the cells?
The frontal lobe of the brain (what we call the third eye) is the last part of our neurological system. When God controls us our part animal, the brain changes physiologically. In experiments with Buddhist monks praying it was confirmed that the frontal lobe control isolates animal and, therefore, mute the rest of the brain, cools the brain cells that have to do with time and space, with the body and our identity. So nothing is not processed. We call this peace. Through the silence we went from being someone with opinions or judgments of a quantum field where we are not one. Now most of humanity is ready to achieve this field.
If the world is a reflection of what happens to people, could we say that human beings are living in a mobile revolution?
We are at a time in history where change has to happen. But to make something new happens, the old must die. Many paradigms are collapsed: the political models, medical, economic, environmental ... Man must begin to ask questions most important to stop believing in superstructure ... It is time for individuals.
Why should the lack of political leadership? Are perpetuating old structures?
emotions that most of us and that create these situations of selfishness that we said, unfortunately, are the same with our leaders. You can not make peace in a church and stepping out to others to leave because they're in a hurry. This is a typical opposition between body and mind, there is no consistency between what you say, what you do and what you think.
If there is a common mind, a network of thought to which all people are united, what thoughts could create new leaders?
The substance that unifies the cells and the whole universe is love. In a neuron is shown how a certain amount of that substance off the old patterns of thought. This is when we begin to make decisions that consider the whole. First you have to feel love for a same and, consequently, we love everything else. If we do not like certain things, we must eliminate them before us.
Is it possible that the current crisis were to materialize because many created minds with his thoughts?
As a scientist, I say yes, of course! The crisis has been on the minds of all those people.
What will the brain of a man conscious?
will have many more synaptic connections, which communicate with each other information containing neurons. We'll see the brain working in a more coherent way of thinking, with neurological transmissions much faster. The frontal lobe is fully connected to the subconscious, and we sequenced neurotransmitters from the pineal gland, which will improve our perception of reality. Maybe some people are on the verge of a potential change in his brain. All I know is you can not wait for change to occur. You have to act on it. God does not choose, you will choose.
